FB Antczak is going to finish construction of Baltic Wave hotel with approx. 470 rooms in Kołobrzeg

MA Investment, associated with Firma Budowlana Antczak (FB Antczak) through Marcin Antczak, has purchased a controlling block of shares in Baltic Wave, company which is building a hotel on Kościuszki Street in Kołobrzeg (Zachodniopomorskie Province). Therefore, FB Antczak took over the general contractorship of the enterprise, which, as we have reported, has so far been conducted by Silvernix in collaboration with Pekabex Bet.

Let us recall that the investment, designed by PPA Architekci Piotr Płaskowicki, concerns construction of a five-star, 14-story building with usable area of approx. 19,000 sqm and a total area of over 44,000 sqm, with 468 rooms. According to the franchise agreement, signed with InterContinental Hotels Group, it is going to operate as Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg. ■
