FB Antczak will construct for Mennica Polska app. 180 flats on Bulwary Praskie estate in Warsaw

Firma Budowlana Antczak (FB Antczak) has acquired a contract from the Polish Mint group (Mennica Polska) concerning the general contracting of the second part of the 1st stage of the Bulwary Praskie residential complex on Jagiellońska Street in the Praga-Północ district of Warsaw. The contract concerns construction of a complex of four buildings with a total of 179 flats with a usable area of approx. 12,300 sqm, with underground parking garages and accompanying infrastructure. The occupancy permit should be obtained in the 4th quarter of next year; that is also when the buildings should be turned over to the investor.
The entire 1st stage is to comprise 460 flats, and, as we reported in PREM 1070, preparations are currently being carried out in collaboration with BBGK Architekci for the construction of 764 more flats. ■
