Antczak is going to build warehouse-office complex in Ociąż

The company Antczak Construction, a dependent company of FB Antczak, is building a warehouse in Ociąż near Nowe Skalmierzyce (Wielkopolskie Province) for Com.40. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a usable area of 42,000 sqm, including a three-story office-social section with an area of approx. 6,000 sqm. Let us recall that in April of this year we informed about Com.40's preparations for increasing the size of the investment in Ociąż. Project works were carried out by architect Piotr Jarczyński. Meanwhile, in January 2015 we wrote that Depenbrock would develop the Com.40 factory by 43,800 sqm. ■
