FB Antczak will construkt 1st stage (54,000 sqm) of Loogic Park Radomsko with area of 380,000 sqm

Firma Budowlana Antczak (FB Antczak) has been chosen by Kaczmarek Loogic as the general contractor of the first warehouse at the Loogic Park Radomsko logistics complex, which will be built in Dobryszyce commune near Radomsko. The tenant of the A-class facility with an area of 54,000 sqm and a height of 10 m, designed by RH+ Architekci, is going to be the Jysk retail chain, which is supposed to move in in the 2nd half of this year. The entire investment is going to entail the construction of 11 warehouses with a total area of 380,000 sqm on over 80 hectares of land.
Let us recall that we initially mentioned the plans for the enterprise in February of last year. As we reported at the time, according to the court registry, Loogic has personal ties to Com.40, a producer of upholstered furniture. ■
