APP-Projekt collaborates with Lemon Tree

APP-Projekt has been commissioned to oversee the construction of the "Fresh Warsaw" logistics and service facility in the Targówek Fabryczny district of Warsaw, on Rzeczna Street. Recall that in June of this year, we reported on Lemon Tree's preparations to develop a 10-hectare property on Kinetyczna Street in the Włochy district, where a logistics, production, and service complex with a total area of 44,000 square meters is planned. The architectural design was prepared by the Kwadrat Polska office.
