APP Projekt is supervising Ronson's construction of residential complex with 550 flats in Szczecin

APP Projekt is conducting investor supervision over the construction of the Osiedle Nowa Północ residential complex, which Ronson Development is building in the area of Sobola and Świątkiewicza streets in Szczecin. Let us recall that the 1st stage, which is to be put to use in the 1st quarter of 2024, is going to entail the construction of two 3-story buildings with 110 flats. The entire complex, which is being designed by W+ Architekci Wolski&Włosek, is going to comprise 10 buildings with 550 flats in total. ■
