Apricot will carry out office building with area of 4,000 sqm in Katowice in collaboration with Studio20

In October, a subsidiary of Apricot applied for permission to redevelop and extend an office-service building at 7 Warszawska Street in Katowice. The architectural partner is Studio20. Let us recall that this year in July, we reported that Apricot was planning to modernize a former bank, building an office complex with an area of approx. 3,900 sqm. We have also written in PREM that Apricot was collaborating with Studio20 e.g. on investments at 24 Jasna Street and on Taśmowa Street in Warsaw. ■
