Arche Group invests in a hotel complex in Bytom

Arche Group has obtained funding for the revitalization of the historic complex of the former Szombierki Power Plant in Bytom, located on Kosynierów Street. The total value of the project exceeds PLN 505 million. The investment involves the renovation of existing buildings, which will house a 200-room hotel as well as conference, restaurant, and cultural facilities. The investor also plans a phased development of the remaining area, including the construction of two additional hotels and 16 multi-family residential buildings. The architectural partner of the project is Bulak Studio. It is worth recalling that in February 2022, Arche purchased the former power plant site, covering over 18 hectares, for approximately PLN 10 million. ■
