Arche group is planning construction of hotel complex in Tarnów

Arche group is planning to revitalize the historic Szancera Mill at the intersection of Kołłątaja and Mostowa streets in Tarnów (Małopolskie Province). The building, entered in the registry of historic monuments, burned down in 2015. A purpose-oriented company has been established for the investment, the shareholders of which are the president of Arche, Władysław Grochowski, and the current owner of the complex, Piotr Kudelski (businessman operating e.g. in the catering industry). The restored complex will include hotel and recreation sections with spa facilities. The key factor in establishing the commencement date for the investment is the amending of the local spatial development plan, which, under favorable conditions, may come to pass in the 1st half of 2023. ■
