Arche is preparing construction of hotel complex

Arche has won an auction, issued by the Military Property Agency (AMW), concerning the sale of the unfinished sanatorium complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MSW) on Spółdzielcza Street in Nałęczów (Lubelskie Province). The investor is going to pay over 8 million PLN for 3.1 ha of land with a building with a usable area of approx. 20,000 sqm and a cubature of 68,000 meters³. The plans concern opening the "Grand Nałęczów" hotel-medical complex with approx. 300 rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant, swimming pools, sauna, spa, and medical offices for sanatorium patients. ■
