Arche will construct a hotel complex with 570 rooms in Mielno

Arche announced their plans for the construction of the "Fabryka Samolotów" hotel complex in the area of Generała Stanisława Maczka and Pod Żaglami streets in Mielno-Unieście, between Jamno Lake and the Baltic Sea. The investment, which will be carried out on a 6.5-hectare property of the former Luftwaffe military air base, will entail the adaptation of the hydroplane hangar with an area of 4,500 sqm for the purposes of a hotel with 70 rooms, 4 apartments, a water park (1,700 sqm), a conference center, and a restaurant. The enterprise will also include the construction of five 3-7-story buildings, with approx. 500 condo-type rooms with areas starting at 20 sqm each, and with service premises. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2022. ■
