Arche will carry out office building in Łódź

Arche is preparing construction of an office building in the area of Włókniarzy and Mickiewicza avenues in Łódź. The enterprise, which will constitute the 2nd stage of the "Kompleks Kaliska" complex, will entail the construction of a building with a lease area of over 6,300 sqm by 2021. Let us recall that in November 2015 we informed about Arche's plans for the construction of a hotel on the property in Łódź. The building, which will be carried out as the first stage of the project, is going to offer 250 condo hotel rooms, 18 residential units and a retail-service section (over 1,000 sqm). Documentation of the investment is being prepared by Bulak Projekt. ■
