Archicom will build residential complex with 445 flats in Warsaw.

A subsidiary of Archicom is obtaining permits for the development of a property with an area of 1.4 ha in the area of Postępu Street in Warsaw-Mokotów. The enterprise is to entail the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with the height of 5-12 stories, with 445 flats with usable area of 21,600 sqm, total above-ground area of 40,000 sqm, with 730 parking spaces. Let us recall that last year in September, we reported that Archicom purchased a developed property with an area of approx. 1.4 ha on Postępu Street for 55 million PLN net from Ghelamco. ■
