
On December 1, a subsidiary of Archicom signed a conditional agreement, concerning the purchase of a property located on Wojciecha Hasa Street in Łódź, in the vicinity of the Fabryczna train station and the EC1 complex, from Ghelamco NCŁ. The price for the property has been established at 90 million PLN net. The land will be used for the construction of a residential complex with approx. 1,300 flats. Let us recall that last year in September, we reported that Ghelamco NCŁ was applying for a construction permit for a multi-family residential building with service premises on the ground floor, designated as B2, on lots with a total area of 2 ha, located between Hasa and Kieślowskiego streets in Łódź, near Kilińskiego Street. The plans concerned construction of a building with a cubature of 122,300 meters3 (statistically, over 400 flats). Design of the investment has been prepared by PIG Architekci. Five years ago, we also wrote in PREM that Ghelamco was planning to use the property in the so-called New Łódź Center (NCŁ) on Kilińskiego Street for the construction of a hotel (21,000 meters3) and an office building (78,000 meters3). PIG Architekci also collaborated on the investment. ■
