Archigeum has prepared concept of hotel-apartment complex

Archigeum has prepared a concept for the development of Fort X in the area of Przy Grobli and Dworska streets in Toruń for MKW Proinvest. The enterprise is going to entail turning the historic shelter building into a hotel with approx. 30 rooms, while the new section will house apartments and conference and restaurant facilities. According to court registry, MKW Proinvest's shareholders are person associated with the Geoplastic company. Let us recall that in June 2012 we informed about the plans of Paweł Laszuk, co-owner of Xerbiol, for revitalization of Fort X for the purposes of a hotel complex with 14 three-star rooms; the enterprise was also going to include the construction of a hotel with an area of approx. 1,200 sqm. At the time, the investor did not reveal the name of the architectural workshop carrying out the design works. ■
