State Archives seek investor of office buldings with area of 28,000 sqm in Łódź, Poznań, Szczecin, Koszalin and Piotrków

The State Archives (Archiwa Państwowe) have issued a tender procedure, in the form of a competitive dialogue, concerning construction of five office buildings in the public-private partnership system. A building with a usable area of 8,500 sqm and a cubature of 45,000 meters³, for 45,000 linear meters of records, is going to be erected at 19 Henryka Dąbrowskiego Square in Łódź, according to a concept developed by Inicjatywa Projektowa; other buildings will be built at 10 Batorego Street (5,400 sqm, 16,200 meters³, designed by Vostok Design) in Piotrków Trybunalski (Łódzkie Province), in Poznań (2,400 sqm, 18,000 meters³, GPVT Pracownia Architektoniczna), on Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street (2,200 sqm, 8,700 meters³, GPVT Pracownia Architektoniczna) in Koszalin (Zachodniopomorskie Province), and in Szczecin (9,400 sqm, 34,400 meters³, Projmors Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Morskiego and Pracownia Projektowa Skeb Kołtun). The prospective investment partner will be responsible for the financing, the entire construction process, and maintaining the built infrastructure over a period of 25 years. The availability payments will constitute remuneration, and then the buildings will become the partner's property. Applications regarding admission to the procedure will be collected through March 1. ■
