Arkop is erecting „Rodzinne Maślice” residential complex with 500 apartments in Wrocław

Arkop Krzysztof Pianowski, as the investor and contractor, is building the "Rodzinne Maślice" residential complex on Maślicka Street in Wrocław. The first stage, which is to be put to use in mid-2019, will entail the construction of three 4-story buildings with a total of 165 flats with usable areas of 27-105 sqm each, as well as 4 service-shopping units. The whole complex, the documentation of which has been prepared by Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci, is going to house 500 families. ■
