Arkop will build retail park in Zgorzelec

Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlano-Handlowe Arkop has been chosen by Agile Spol as the general contractor of the "A Centrum" retail park in the area of Armii Krajowej, Poniatowskiego and Traugutta streets in Zgorzelec (Dolnośląskie Province). The outlet with a lease area of approx. 1,400 sqm, with 240 parking spaces, will be built near a Kaufland supermarket. Commercialization of the building is being handled by JB Development. ■
