ARP will carry out office building in Zamość

The Industrial Development Agency (ARP – Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu) has signed a contract with MZK in Zamość, concerning construction of an office building as part of the Fabryka project. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in October 2018, is going to be located on a property with an area of approx. 1.3 ha in the area of Wyszyńskiego and Legionów streets and will entail the construction of a building with an area of approx. 5,000 sqm. The concept of the investment has been developed by Urba Architects. ■
