ARP will carry out Porta Mare office building

PAS Projekt is developing design for the Porta Mare office building, which Operator ARP is going to build on Warszawska Street in Elbląg (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in January 2019, is going to entail the construction of a building with usable area of approx. 10,000 sqm. The works should begin on the turn of 2021 and 2022. Commercialization is going to be handled by JLL. ■
