Artmax builds shell structure of 1st stage of residential complex

Artmax is conducting works on the shell structure of the 1st stage of the "Melody Park" residential complex, which Hammermed Invest will build on 72/74 Pomorska Street in Łódź. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned last year in July, is going to entail the construction of
a complex of buildings with approx. 200 flats and 150 parking spaces. Design of the investment has been developed by Staszewscy Ziółkowscy Architekci. Let us recall that the administrative permits concerned building development with a cubature of 62,000 meters³. The works will entail revitalization of a former factory building and construction of new buildings. ■
