Asilus is preparing hotel complex with 360 rooms in Białobrzegi in collaboration with KD Kozikowski

Asilus is applying for permits for the development of a property with an area of approx. 3.5 ha in the area of Plażowa and Wojska Polskiego streets in Białobrzegi in Nieporęt commune (Mazowieckie Province). The investment will entail using the property of the former Mazowsze holiday resort on the shore of the Zegrze Lake for the construction of a hotel complex with recreation facilities. The partner of the enterprise is architect Marcin Kozikowski (KD Kozikowski Design). According to court registry, Asilus has personal ties to TMS Inwestycje (Tobias Markus Solorz's company), which holds shares in Hotel Team Holding (HTH Operator). Hotel Team Holding has prepared the construction of a complex with 360 rooms, conference center, restaurants, night club with a bowling alley, treatment rooms, water recreation section with attractions for children and adults, marina, and water equipment rental, on the shore of the Zegrze Lake. ■
