Asseco is seeking contractor of an office-research building with total area of ca. 10.000 sqm in Rzeszów

Until May 14, Asseco Poland will be collecting bids with a deposit of 100,000 PLN concerning the general contracting of the "Asseco Innovation Hub" research and development center on Olchowa Street in Rzeszów. The enterprise, the cost of which has been estimated at 80 million PLN, will entail the construction of a 6-story building with a total area of 9,800 sqm and a cubature of 42,500 meters³. The investment, designed by ST Architekci, is to be put to use by the end of August 2020. ■
