Atal is going to build residential complex with 154 flats in Łódź

Atal has commenced construction of the "Atal Aura" residential complex on 21 Telefoniczna Street in Łódź. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of three multi-family residential buildings with 154 flats, with 107 parking spaces in a parking garage and 57 spaces on outdoor parking lots. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2023. Design has been developed by the investor's in-house architectural office. ■
