Atal is commencing preparations for the construction of the "Naramovice Odnova" residential complex, which will be located on a 6-ha property between Czarnucha and Sielawy streets in Poznań, purchased from Echo Investment. The first stage will entail the construction of four buildings with 512 flats. Let us recall that in PREM 1118, we reported on obtaining construction permits for a complex with a cubature of approx. 60,000 meters3. The investment's architectural partner is AP Szczepaniak. ■
