Atal will build multi-family complex

Atal is commencing construction of the Strefa Cegielnia residential complex on Morcinka Street in Kraków. The 1st stage, which is to be put to use in the 1st quarter of 2024, is going to entail the construction of three 5-story buildings with a total of 144 flats with usable areas of 38-92 sqm each. The design of the investment, which is to eventually comprise 21 buildings with over 1,000 flats, has been developed by B2 Studio. ■
