Atenor plans an office building with Grupa 5 Architekci in Warsaw

Atenor has obtained a permit for the thorough redevelopment of an office building on Szturmowa Street in Warsaw. As part of this project, the former UBC II (University Business Center) office building will be modernized, providing 19,000 m² of rental space. The investment project is being designed by Grupa 5 Architekci. It is worth noting that in February 2022, it was reported that Atenor entrusted PORR with the construction of the Lakeside office building, offering 24,000 m² of rental space, also designed by Grupa 5 Architekci. Demolition work was carried out by Tree. In 2018, it was reported that Atenor had signed a preliminary agreement to acquire the "University Business Center" complex, consisting of two buildings with a total area of 30,500 m².
