
Atenor has obtained a permit to commence construction of the first phase of the multifunctional complex 'Fort 7,' planned to be erected in Warsaw, within the area of Bennetta, Wirażowa, Żwirki i Wigury, Winiarska, and Osińskiego streets. As part of this venture, three office buildings with a total area of 42 thousand square meters will be erected. The investment will be carried out based on documentation prepared by JEMS Architects. Ultimately, Atenor plans to create a mixed-use office-hotel complex with a total area of nearly 141 thousand square meters on the owned land. It's worth noting that in October 2022, it was reported that Atenor signed an agreement with Ennismore to open the Tribe Warsaw Airport hotel as part of the Fort 7 project. Additionally, in July 2022, it was reported that Brookfort Investments, a company associated with Atenor, was obtaining permits to build a hotel with an area of approximately 26 thousand square meters in Warsaw, on James Gordon Bennetta street. JEMS office collaborated in the implementation of this investment. Furthermore, in February 2021, preparatory work by Atenor, conducted in collaboration with JEMS and Buro Happold, was noted for the implementation of the multifunctional complex 'Fort Zbarż,' covering an area of 44 thousand square meters in the vicinity of Bennetta and Żwirki i Wigury streets. Additionally, in May 2019, it was reported that Atenor Poland purchased from Merchant Holdings a plot of land covering over 14 hectares, including a part of Warsaw Fortress known as Fort VII (Zbarż).
