Atlas Ward is going to build logistics center with area of over 10,000 sqm in Wrocław

Atlas Ward has been chosen as the general contractor of the 7R City Flex Wrocław Airport complex, which is going to be built on Graniczna Street in Wrocław. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with an area of approx. 10,500 sqm, including 3,000 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of office space taken up by the PIKA Company. Let us recall that in March of this year, we informed about 7R's plans for locating a logistics-warehouse outlet on approx. 3.4 hectares on Graniczna Street. The investor's partner for the enterprise included, among others, architect Julian Żmijewski (JAZ+Architekci). ■
