Atlas Ward appointed as general contractor for first phase of "Noho One"

Atlas Ward is serving as the general contractor for the first phase of the multifunctional Noho One complex, developed by Noho Investment in Warsaw on Karolkowa Street, near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. This stage of the project includes the construction of three residential buildings comprising a total of 280 apartments. It is worth recalling that the land development concept for the 5-hectare property, located between Kasprzaka, Karolkowa, and Prosta streets, was prepared by the BBGK architectural studio. The plan includes the construction of a residential estate with over 2,000 rental units. In March 2024, we reported that Noho Investment was seeking a permit to build a hotel with approximately 300 rooms as part of the same complex. Additionally, the developer is applying for permission to convert and repurpose the former Polfa office building at 22/24 Karolkowa Street into a service facility.
