Atlas Ward will erect ASC Workers warehouse with area of 11,000 sqm in Legnica

Atlas Ward has become the general contractor of a warehouse hall for ASC Workers in the area of Myśliwska Street in Legnica (Dolnośląskie Province). We wrote about the investment in October of last year. An outlet with an area of 11,000 sqm, is going to be completed as part of the enterprise by the end of the second quarter of this year. Let us recall that the investor applied for permission for the construction of a complex with a cubature of 273,900 meters3. Biuro Planowania Przestrzennego Jerzy Jakimiec took part in the preparatory works. The investment is going to result in another stage of the logistics center. In April of last year, ASC put to use a warehouse with an area of 20,000 sqm, whose contractor was Atlas Ward Polska. ■
