Atlas Ward is going to build logistics center

Atlas Ward has been chosen as the contractor of the 1st stage (15,500 sqm) of the BIK Park Wrocław I logistics center, which Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) is going to build in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska in Kąty Wrocławskie commune (Dolnośląskie Province). Let us recall that this year in April, we reported that the complex will be designed by Architektoniczne Studio Projektowe Kwadrat, and its operator is going to be Dachser. The entire project will entail development of 11.7 ha of land, which will be used for the construction of buildings with a total area of 47,000 sqm. ■
