Atlas Ward is going to build warehouse complex

Atlas Ward has been chosen as the general contractor of a warehouse-logistics complex, which 7R is going to build on Wojska Polskiego Street in Bydgoszcz. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in February, is going to entail the construction of buildings with an area of 68,700 sqm. Let us recall that the investor has applied for construction permits for a warehouse with a cubature of 210,000 meters³, designed in collaboration with the company's in-house architects. We also reported that 7R was planning to develop properties with a total area of approx. 7 ha in Bydgoszcz. ■
