Atlas Ward is going to build "Karkonosze Springs"

Oak Property has entrusted Atlas Ward with the general contractorship of the "Karkonosze Springs" hotel complex in Staniszów (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with approx. 270 units in total, including nine villas (206 apartments) and a hotel section with 64 rooms. The complex will also include: conference facilities, a restaurant, ski storage and bicycle storage, spa, and a complex of thermal pools. Architectural design has been developed by Q2 Studio. The investment is scheduled to be finalized in 2023. ■
