Atlas Ward is going to develop MLP Czeladź logistics park

Atlas Ward has been chosen by MLP Group as the contractor of the development by approx. 10,000 sqm of MLP Czeladź (Śląskie Province) logistics complex. The works are scheduled to be completed in May of this year. The new part has already been largely commercialized, and DS Smith, a supplier of packagings, is going to take up approx. 6,500 sqm.
MLP Czeladź logistics center is located near the junction connecting the A4 highway with the S1 express road, in the proximity of express road S86 from Łódź to Tychy. In December 2017 we informed about Mirbud being entrusted with the contractorship of the Makro Polska distribution hall, with an area of 8,600 sqm, as part of MLP Czeladź. ■
