Atlas Ward is going to build warehouses with area of 38,000 sqm in Bielany Wrocławskie for Panattoni

Atlas Ward is going to build two warehouses as part of the "Panattoni Park Wrocław VII" complex in Bielany Wrocławskie (Dolnośląskie Province) for Panattoni Europe. The investment will entail the contractorship of buildings with a total area of 38,000 sqm. Let us recall that last year in April, we reported that Kajima and Tacakiewicz Ferma Kresek were collaborating on the construction of warehouses, also with an area of 38,000 sqm, in "Panattoni Park Wrocław VII". Meanwhile, in September 2016, we wrote about Panattoni Europe's plans, concerning construction of a complex with a total area of 114,400 sqm in Bielany Wrocławskie near the A4 motorway. The first stage (40,300 sqm) was carried out by Depenbrock. ■
