Atlas Ward will build logistics center with area of 80,000 sqm in Kąty Wrocławskie

Atlas Ward has been chosen as the general contractor of a logistics-warehouse center, which ECE Group is going to build in the vicinity of A4 motorway in Kąty Wrocławskie (Dolnośląskie Province). Let us recall that the enterprise will entail the construction of a complex of warehouses with an area of 80,000 sqm. The land has been purchased from Satoia. We have also reported in PREM that the company was obtaining permits for the development of 12 ha of land. The architectural partner was Studio Projektowe Spart. ■
