Atrium ERE will redevelop "Galeria Dominikańska" with area of 32,900 sqm in Wrocław

Atrium Dominikańska, subsidiary of Atrium European Real Estate, applied for permission to modernize and extend the "Galeria Dominikańska" shopping center on Dominikański Square in Wrocław. The works will be carried out in a complex with an area of 32,900 sqm. The investment's architectural partner is Group-Arch (Agnieszka Staszczyszyn). Last year, following Atrium's fusion with Gazit-Globe Ltd., Galeria Dominikańska was going to be taken over by Gazit Hercules 2020. Let us recall that in June 2013m we reported that Atrium ERE purchased the center from Otto and Deutsche EuroShop for approx. 660 million PLN. ■
