Atut Myszków will open shopping center

Atut Myszków has obtained a construction permit for a shopping-service complex in the area of the intersection of provincial roads no. 793 (Pułaskiego Street) and no. 791, as well as Jesionowa Street in Myszków (Śląskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned last year in October, is going to entail development of properties with an area of 6.4 ha. The works concern a complex of retail-service outlets with an area of over 15,000 sqm, where 11,000 sqm will be taken up by a retail park and 3,000 sqm by a DIY store; the complex will also include a Lidl store and a McDonald's restaurant, as well as parking lots for 550 vehicles. Let us recall that the design works have been entrusted to Vide Studio. Preparations are also being carried out in collaboration with Biuro Konstrukcyjne EJG Bułat, Piotrk Kaczmarczyk Arteria Projektowanie, and Pro-electro Łukasz Biedroń. Commercialization is being handled by BOIG Property Consulting. The general contractor has not been chosen yet. According to court registry, Atut Myszków company is associated with the Vortune Equity fund and the Inwestycje-CL group. ■
