Grupa Developer Lublin will construct a residential complex with 240 apartments in Lublin

Grupa Developer Lublin has commenced construction of the "Osiedle Aura II" residential complex on Józefa Franczaka "Lalka" Street in the Felin district of Lublin. The 1st stage is going to entail the construction of a 4-story building with 88 flats sized 29-76 sqm. Documentation of the investment, which is to be put to use in the 4th quarter of 2019, has been prepared by Autorska Pracownia Wojciecha Kożuchowskiego. The entire complex is going to consist of three buildings with a total of 240 flats. ■
