Authorities of Lublin are seeking contractor of office building

The City Council of Lublin has announced a tender procedure, in the "design and build" formula, for the construction of an office building at 20 Leszczyńskiego Street, housing selected municipal departments. According to the concept which is being prepared now, a 7-story outlet with an office area of approx. 6,500 sqm (total area of approx. 14,000 sqm) is going to be built. Bids with a deposit of 600,000 PLN are being accepted through December 4. The order is scheduled to be completed by October 30, 2023. ■
