Authorities of Piaseczno near Warsaw are seeking contractor for swimming pool

The authorities of Piaseczno (Mazowieckie Province) have issued a tender procedure, concerning the general contractorship of a roofed swimming pool on Chyliczkowska Street. The investor's plans concern construction of a 2-story building with a total area of 9,100 sqm (usable area of 6,000 sqm) and a cubature of 51,200 meters³, with three swimming pools (total water surface of 700 sqm). Let us recall that in PREM 1032, we reported that Maciej Popławski Pracownia won a contest, concerning the development of architectural concept of the enterprise. Offers with a deposit of 2.8 million PLN will be collected through March 26. The order is to be carried out over the period of 46 months (3 years and 10 months). ■
