Authorities of Wrocław are seeking contractor of swimming pool

The company Wrocławski Park Wodny has announced a tender procedure in the "design and build" formula for the construction of an indoor swimming pool at 10 Polna Street in the district of Brochów in Wrocław. An outlet with a total area of 5,000 sqm (3,900 sqm of usable space) and a cubature of 23,800 meters³ is going to be built on the basis of the functional program prepared by ASPA Architectural Studio. It is going to house a complex of swimming pools with a total area of 500 sqm, a sauna zone, and a fitness zone. Bids with a deposit of 700,000 PLN are going to be accepted through August 2. The order is scheduled to be completed within 22 months. ■
