B-Act wants to manage modernization of Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz for 4.5 million PLN

The consortium of B-Act, Transprojekt Gdański, and Eko-Invest has offered the lowest price (4.5 million PLN gross, against the investor's budget of 8.4 million PLN), for the role of contract engineer during the modernization and extension of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Pomeranian Philharmonic on 6 Szwalbego Street in Bydgoszcz. The works, based on the functional program prepared by Manufaktura Technologiczna, and on detailed documentation by Kozień Architekci, will be carried out in a building with usable area of approx. 9,800 sqm (12,100 sqm net) and a cubature of 86,000 meters³. The investment is to be carried out over the period of 60 months (5 years). The other bidders in the procedure are Portico Project Management (5.5 million PLN) and Aegis (5.7 million PLN). ■
