Baltic Wave is going to build five-star hotel with 470 units in Kołobrzeg

Baltic Wave is planning construction of a condo-hotel on Kościuszki Street in Kołobrzeg (Pomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail construction of a 13-story building with a total area of 44,300 sqm (usable of 18,900 sqm), with 467 five-star apartments. Documentation of the investment has been prepared by PPA Architekci Piotr Płaskowicki from Warsaw. ■
