Balzola is carrying out an investment in Toruń

Balzola Polska submitted the lowest bid of 36.9 million PLN gross in the tender organized by the Toruń City Municipality for the general contracting of the first phase of the Primary School in Toruń at Grasera Street. Recently, earthworks have begun on the investment. Based on documentation prepared by EC Industria office, a two-story complex consisting of 5 segments with a total area of about 13,000 sqm intended for 1,000 students will be built. The order, which includes the construction of a facility of 5,100 sqm (2 segments containing - 17 classrooms and 4 thematic rooms), whose documentation was prepared by the EC Industria office, is to be completed within 18 months (1.5 years). Additionally, participants in the procedure include Strabag (37.2 million PLN), Ebud-Przemysłówka (38.5 million PLN), Alstal (40.6 million PLN), Budimex (42.26 million PLN), Bud-Tech (42.3 million PLN), Dolmar (42.9 million PLN), Mirbud (44.1 million PLN), Girder (44.2 million PLN), Fijałkowski (46 million PLN), Wegner (46.9 million PLN), Wiksbud (48.1 million PLN), and Telmax Gliszczyńscy (50.5 million PLN).
