Bati-Invest will build Port A-Centrum shopping center with area of 10,000 sqm in Ostróda

Bati-Invest has been chosen as the general contractor of the Port A-Centrum shopping-service complex in the area of Grunwaldzka and Składowa streets in Ostróda (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). Let us recall that the enterprise, prepared by JB Development, is going to entail the construction, on the basis of four existing buildings, of a complex with a lease area of approx. 10,000 sqm, as well as a parking lot for 150 vehicles. Architectural design is being developed by Archiplan. ■
