Batory Investments will complete a multifunctional facility in Gdynia by 2026

The subsidiary company Batory Investments is preparing for the modernization and change of use of a building located at 10 Lutego 9 Street in Gdynia. As part of the project, a facility with a total area of 2,500 square meters will be created. According to PREM's findings, a restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the building, while the remaining floors will be designated for rental apartments. The investment is scheduled to be completed by 2026. The documentation for the project is being prepared by Wolski Architekci.
