Baudziedzic will modernize school in Warsaw-Włochy for 40 million PLN

Warsaw-Włochy District Office has chosen the offer submitted by Baudziedzic (39.9 million PLN gross) in the repeated tender procedure, concerning the contractorship of renovation and extension of Primary School no. 66 on Przepiórki Street. Design for the modernization of the building with a total area of 8,100 sqm (including 3,700 sqm of the extension) has been developed by Maki Architekci. The investment is to be completed by August 10 2024. The other bidders in the procedure were: PBO Śląsk (42.3 million PLN), Rembud (45 million PLN), Arcus Technologie (45.8 million PLN), Mirbud (47.6 million PLN), Zab-Bud (47.7 million PLN, and R/S Budownictwo (49.2 million PLN). ■
