Bauhaus will construct a hotel in Sopot

Bauhaus has been appointed as the general contractor for the hotel that Q Hotel will build in Sopot at 89 Haffnera Street. As a reminder, as part of the project, a building offering 220 rooms, as well as extensive recreational and treatment facilities, and a conference area covering 900 m², will be completed by 2026. In 2019, we reported on the preparations for the development of a property covering 2.8 hectares in Sopot at 81-89 Haffnera Street, conducted by Polnord. The construction of a hotel complex with 221 rooms covering over 6,100 m² of usable space and a multi-family residential complex with 219 apartments (approx. 10,000 m² of PUM) was planned. SA Kwadrat and Hill International were among the firms involved in the preparations. Polnord also signed a franchise agreement with the InterContinental Hotels group to open a Crowne Plaza hotel in Sopot.
